About the Journal

Tamhid: Jurnal Studi Islam Peneliti Muda is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed journal published twice a year (May and November) by Mitra Edukasi Sejahtera. Tamhid is a first publishing venue for undergraduate and master’s students, santri, teachers, and early-career researchers in Islamic studies: Qur’anic and Hadith studies, Islamic thought and law, Islamic education, dakwah and Islamic counselling, Islam and culture, Islam and society, and contemporary Islamic studies. Manuscripts are accepted in Indonesian or English, with no submission fee (an APC applies to accepted articles only), and are published under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

Call for Papers: Vol. 1, No. 1 (May 2027) – Inaugural Issue

Tamhid is now open for submissions to its inaugural issue, for undergraduate and master’s students, santri, teachers, and early-career researchers. No submission fee; an APC applies to accepted articles.

Inaugural issue — Vol. 1, No. 1 (May 2027). Submission deadline: 15 February 2027. Manuscripts received after this date will be considered for Vol. 1, No. 2.

Call for Papers

Tamhid invites undergraduate and master’s students, santri, teachers, and early-career researchers to publish their research in Islamic studies in Indonesian or English. Submissions are open all year for the May and November issues. No submission fee; an APC applies to accepted articles only. Mentoring peer review.

Inaugural issue — Vol. 1, No. 1 (May 2027). Submission deadline: 15 February 2027. Manuscripts received after this date will be considered for Vol. 1, No. 2.
